5.How to ensure the appearance of the product once it is produced?
Typically, we use 2D and 3D views for digital proofing for approval, to ensure that everything is clear and how the box will look once it is produced and assembled. For large orders, we send a physical prototype to ensure that all content is printed as required.
 
6.What file types are required for printing?
It's very simple. Simply send us your artwork file in an editable format (such as AI, EPS, or PSD) via email, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. We have our expert design team in-house, who can efficiently handle your design to arrange the artwork, and they can process your design completely free of charge (once the order is secured). Therefore, we will carry out the final layout and send it to you for approval.

7.How can you guarantee the quality of your product? If we are not satisfied with the quality, what will you do?
Usually, we provide you with samples to confirm all details, and the production will match the samples. If you are concerned about quality issues, you can place an order through MIC Trade Assurance, which guarantees quality and delivery. If there are any quality discrepancies, the platform will assist you and refund your money.
