Yes, a fee will be charged for customized samples according to your requirements. We also provide free samples for you to check the quality, but we do not cover the shipping costs.

4.Can I print and customize boxes with my own artwork?
Yes, we specialize in various customized box printing services, and we can print your own artwork/design on the box.

5.How to ensure the appearance of the product once it is produced?
Typically, we use 2D and 3D views for digital proofing for approval, to ensure that everything is clear and how the box will look once it is produced and assembled. For large orders, we send a physical prototype to ensure that all content is printed as required.

6.What file types are required for printing?
It's very simple. Simply send us your artwork file in an editable format (such as AI, EPS, or PSD) via email, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. We have our expert design team in-house, who can efficiently handle your design to arrange the artwork, and they can process your design completely free of charge (once the order is secured). Therefore, we will carry out the final layout and send it to you for approval.

7.What is CMYK/PMS color?
The colors of CMYK are cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Each color is printed from a separate plate layer to create the color, and CMYK is also known as the four colors.
PMS stands for Pantone Matching System, also known as Special Colors. PMS colors are assigned specific ink mixing codes.
A palette of fourteen basic colors is used to mix ink according to a formula.
When you need to print any specific shading on the packaging box, you can use these special colors.

9.How can you guarantee the quality of your product? If we are not satisfied with the quality, what will you do?
Usually, we provide you with samples to confirm all details, and the production will match the samples. If you are concerned about quality issues, you can place an order through MIC Trade Assurance, which guarantees quality and delivery. If there are any quality discrepancies, MIC will assist you and refund your money.

10.Will you refund the sample fee?
If the initial order quantity is up to 500 units, the sample fee will be refunded.
